Why buy an Old Hickory building
- Delivered ready to use. Your building arrives fully assembled and our driver levels it on site — up to 3 ft. No kit, no contractor, no weekend lost.
- Built to last. Treated and notched 4×6 skids, double-studded walls at the siding seams, ring-shanked galvanized nails and diamond-plate door thresholds.
- 30-year metal roof warranty. Choose a metal roof with color-matched fasteners, or architectural shingles.
- Your colors, your size. Pick the style, size, siding, trim and roof color, then add porches, dormers, windows, workbenches, ramps or a playhouse package.
- No credit check financing. Rent to own on a month-to-month agreement — more on that below.
Sheds, barns and garages
- Utility Shed — straight walls and a gable roof. The simplest, most economical building for yard and garden storage.
- Lofted Barn — gambrel barn roof with loft shelving overhead, so you get extra storage in the same footprint.
- Side Lofted Barn — barn roof and loft with the door on the side wall plus a window. A favorite for workshops, offices and garden houses.
- Garage — full-height roll-up door for vehicles, tractors and equipment.

Greenhouses
We are a nursery, so this one is close to our hearts. Old Hickory greenhouses come 8 ft wide in 12 ft and 16 ft lengths and arrive fully assembled — the driver levels it and you fill it with plants the same day.

- 12/12 roof pitch with 60 in. interior side walls
- Barn-style door with a 2 ft x 3 ft window
- 21 in. automatic vent door that opens and closes between 59 and 77 degrees

Rent to own — no credit check
If you would rather not pay cash, our rent to own program puts a building in your yard for a small security deposit plus the first month’s rent.
- Everyone is approved. No credit checks, and your credit score is not affected.
- Month to month. Turn the building back in at any time, for any reason.
- 35 payments and it is yours. Make 35 consecutive monthly payments and you own it outright.
- Pay it off early, no penalty. There is a discount off the rental balance for early payoff.
- Rates are comparable to what you would pay for a mini-storage unit — except this one is in your own back yard.
How to order
- Come look, or call. Walk the lot here at the nursery, or call (707) 449-3613 and tell us what you need the building for.
- Pick one off the lot, or design it. Take a building home that is ready now, or use the 3D shed builder to spec size, siding, trim, roof color and options.
- We place the order. As an authorized dealer we write the order with Old Hickory and handle it from there.
- Delivery and setup. Your building arrives fully built and is leveled on site. You just need a reasonably level, accessible spot for the delivery truck.
